  We went into Tapper's twice over the weekend to exchange a bracelet and the folks at the store were VERY kind, helpful and accommodating. We would come back in a heartbeat. After our bracelet exchange at the main store, we walked over to the Rolex store next door (still part of Tapper's) and we had the exact opposite experience. The staff were completely negligent to our arrival - they did not bother to greet us or offer help after we spent a significant amount of time looking at the watches. Management team: this is NOT the sort of experience your customers have earned and come to expect. I've been to two other Tapper's locations so I know this isn't representative of the whole. Nonetheless, this sort of experience is unwarranted, particularly when there are potential customers interested in spending thousands of dollars on a watch. Not great. Unfortunately, this is the last time I'll step foot into that store and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Kelly Miller helped me pick out and purchase an engagement ring at Tappers. Her help was truly tremendous and I would recommend her and the other staff members to anyone!
