  Todd and staff helped me switch from a galaxy 7 edge to an iPhone plus and answered every single question I had been asking @ the 14 mile and John r store bc no staff member there could!! Very knowledgeable, understanding, and great attitudes along with a spectacular atmosphere of the store! Again, thank you for helping me figure out my phone situation and making this trip a pleasant visit!

  This store is a great place to shop and do business except this one rude staff. This guy was on his phone ordering some thing online while assisting me in getting new phone. Felt very unwelcoming. Went looking for Tom Dunn ( one of the best guy ) but ended up with the worst sales person. Will make sure, I call and check the availability of Tom before I step into the store next time.
