  If I could I would give zero stars. I called several times to set up an appointment for an in house consultation for my my children's rooms. I was never called back after leaving my number 3 separate times. Finally when I spoke to someone mid convo I was hung up on/the line got disconnected. I called back immediately and was told the designer was now helping someone else and couldn't help me at the moment. How in less then 15 seconds the designer was helping someone else after talking to me for over 10 minutes is beyond me. Then I called again as no one called me back this is now my fifth time Over a span of ten days. I spoke to the store manager Gregory or Gregor and he was so rude and abrupt I couldn't believe this was the service I was receiving over the phone. The lack of communication between the designers/store manager with the customer as well as the service or lack there of I decided to go somewhere else. And I know I'm not the only one to have this experience my advice would be to take your hard earned money somewhere it will be appreciated.

  Went into store and purchased several items a little over a month ago. 4 of the items weren't in and had to be ordered. I was told that I would be contacted when the items arrived so that I could schedule a time to pick them up. After a few weeks, I called the store to see if the items had arrived and was told that they made several attempts to contact us but our phone number was disconnected. I soon realized that they had taken down the wrong number. I gave them the correct number and assumed that the issue was resolved because I was still awaiting 2 additional items to arrive. I decided to call the store again and got the same story that the number was disconnected and they made several attempts to contact us. I again gave them the correct number. I gave them the correct number on 3 different occassions and got the same story that they were trying to contact me. I love the merchandise but won't be going to that particular store again. It was a very frustrating experience because it took a long time to get all of the items we purchased.
