  The sales women downstairs at the men's perfume counter were busy chatting. I felt like I was interrupting them. I made a return and making a new purchase. They were talking among themselves how the other sales clerk lost a sale. They were laughing at how they should put the sale under her name, how she would never do that. One of them put their name on the sale. I stood there the whole time felt I was a bother.

  I love getting my hair done at Macy's. The lady Barbara who does my hair is so good. My hair was so damaged. When I walked out it looked healthy and bouncy. Barbara is a sweet girl and she really pride herself on doing a good job. If your looking for a hair stylist, check her out. The whole staff is nice. I would highly recommend this place.

  I came into Macy's Sunday to buy a new wedding band for my husband. I searched for them had to ask the one lady said very rudely over there throwing her hand in the direction. I looked and saw several I liked and wanted to see. The 2 people behind the counter were busy with other people so I waited and waited I was getting overheated so I sat down right in front of the wedding bands and waited some more. After about 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged me said anything I got up and said well you all just lost a sale. Walked out went down to Kay jewelers where I was acknowledged the second I walked in the door even though the workers were with others. I made a $500.00 purchase and left in all of 15-20 minutes. I think you should consider customer service training to you jewelery sales people especially in bridal sets.
