  Terrible customer service which is shocking considering it’s Apple. We made an appointment online several days before so we could get the battery changed on my iPhone. After driving over an hour, waiting 30 minutes past our appointment, only to be told they don’t have any batteries in stock and won’t for over a month. The associate made me feel dumb for not calling to see if they had batteries in stock, but I made an appointment specifically for a battery replacement. I’d recommend interfacing your stock and your appointment reservations to avoid this type of disappointment.
